Warranties

After 30 days, unless otherwise stated in the item description, you must contact the manufacturer for warranty issues. You may return your item to us for any reason. If you wish to return your item please contact our Customer Service department to obtain a Return Authorization (RMA) number. If you are returning your item because it is defective or the wrong item was received then we will provide free return shipping. Customers returning defective items have the option of a replacement (if available) or a full refund. For non-defective items that have been opened we charge a 15% restocking fee as we cannot resell the item as new. To return an item you must contact us within 14 days of receipt and we must receive the item within 7 days of issuing you a RMA.
